  1. About us
    Happy Helpers USA LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning. Our website lets you request quotes, book appointments, and communicate with our team.

  2. Use of services
    By requesting a quote or booking an appointment, you agree to receive SMS or email updates about your request, reminders, and follow-up messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

  3. User obligations

    • Provide accurate, up-to-date contact information.

    • Make sure the phone number you give can receive SMS.

    • Grant safe access to the property on the scheduled date.

  4. Payments

    • Prices are quoted before service and may change if on-site conditions differ from what you told us.

    • Payment is taken by the card on file through our secure CRM integrated with Stripe.

    • Late payments may incur a 10 percent fee after seven days.

  5. Cancellations and rescheduling

    • Give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge.

    • Canceling within 48 hours results in a 50-dollar fee.

    • If our team cannot get in at the scheduled time, the visit is treated as a same-day cancellation.

  6. Satisfaction guarantee

    • If you are not satisfied, tell us within 24 hours. We will return for a free touch-up or apply a credit.

    • Claims made after 24 hours are handled case by case.

  7. Damages and breakage

    • Report any damage within 24 hours of service.

    • If our team is at fault, we will repair, replace, or reimburse up to the current replacement value.

    • We are not responsible for pre-existing wear, improper installations, or items that are not properly secured.

  8. Photos for quality and marketing

    • We may take before-and-after photos to document results.

    • With your consent, these photos may appear on our website, social media, or marketing materials. We never identify clients by name or show personal items.

    • You may opt out any time before service starts by telling us. We will note your choice, and no photos will be taken or shared.

  9. Limitation of liability
    To the fullest extent allowed by law, Happy Helpers USA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to our services.

  10. Governing law
    These terms are governed by Oregon law. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.

  11. Changes to terms
    We may update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.

  12. Damage Policy for Clients
    If something gets damaged during your cleaning, you must report it within 24 hours of your service. We’ll send someone to inspect and confirm if it was caused by our team.

    If we’re responsible, we will cover the cost to repair or reasonably replace the item, up to a maximum of $300 per incident. Cosmetic or minor damage (like small scratches, scuffs, or chips) will be covered at the cost to repair, not full replacement. We do not cover pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

    For any major incidents, we may involve our insurance provider.
    Delicate or valuable items, antiques, and anything not mentioned before cleaning are not covered unless you notify us in advance.

    Client must provide photos and proof of the damage. All claims will be reviewed before any compensation is issued.
