Our commercial oven (over 10 years old) looks crystal clean and the floors are spotless. Will definitely be using their service again!Posted on Melissa CochranTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Personable and good communicationPosted on S JarmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Every aspect of this interaction was quick and easy. The quote was fast and fair. The team showed up right on time and did a great job deep cleaning my home. I would definitely recommend Happy Helpers. Great value and service!Posted on T. I enjoyed engaging with Christina on a one-to-one level and found the rates competitive with high value. I would engage her again.Posted on Jared GrahamTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great job cleaning. My wife and I were blown away when we came home that day, and it was a wonderful surprise. There was an issue with a bathroom door coming off of the hinges, but they insisted on working with me to rectify the problem. I really appreciated the effort and care taken, they obviously take their business very seriously and are very determined to have satisfied customers 🙂Posted on Amanda SimonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’ve booked with Happy Helpers twice and will not be doing so again. Both times, the cleaning quality was good - the first time, I did need to ask someone to dust several areas and items that were missed; not a big deal. Bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned well. I subtracted one star because the cleaners scraped all of our wooden stairs both times, presumably when trying to bring the vacuum cleaner upstairs/downstairs. We didn’t bring it up after the first time because the scrapes were minimal and we understand that everyone makes mistakes. We didn’t want someone to be penalized for a (presumably one time) error. However after the second cleaning, there were a lot more scratches and they are very noticeable. I was planning to bring this up to the owner, Cristina, the next time we book so she can provide feedback to her team, but I should’ve done it after the first time it happened. I subtracted another star because after the cleaners left after the second cleaning, Cristina tried to charge me a higher rate per hour per person ($60/hour/person) for the rendered services than what was communicated to me when I booked the service ($40/hour/person), referencing a recent restructuring of their price model. After calling me to discuss further on the phone, she ultimately agreed to the rate she told me at the time I booked the service. There is nothing wrong with restructuring your pricing model to meet the needs of your business and employees, but that needs to be communicated at the time of booking, not after services have been rendered.Posted on Shiloe AurandTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Update: it’s completely inappropriate and cringe that Happy Helpers/Cristina thinks that they get to dictate what a reasonable amount of stars would be. A re-clean was never an option for us - that was made clear. 1 star stands for the deplorable job, gaslighting ownership, and unprofessional communication. I would have never asked for a full refund - I asked for less than 25% back which was more than reasonable given that I had to go back through the ENTIRE house. After I made this review Happy Helpers tried calling me several times but refused to leave a message and then started calling me from a different number. I texted them that I only wished to have communication via text or email. When they asked ‘why?’ I let them know that I had trusted them to do a job and they didn’t perform. In any communication since I got excuses and lied to about why certain things weren’t done. I would only accept communication in written form. Responding to reviews saying that you value feedback and wish to learn from it and in the same response saying that the review isn’t fair isn’t valuing feedback and learning - it’s trying to control a narrative. Go with someone else to do your move out clean. I spoke with Cristina on the phone about helping clean our house after moving out. She knew we rented from a property manager and emphasized that the job would need to be perfect. She also understood that my husband and I were moving to Bend and I wouldn’t be able to see the results until I drove back the following Tuesday for the walk through with the landlord. We paid over $1000 and the house was merely wiped down. None of the baseboards were clean. There were stains still left in the fridge. There was a grease stain on the wall behind stove, that she told me the cleaners went over with bleach and that it was permanently stained. I promptly removed the stain myself without issue. I ended up having to clean all the baseboards myself in the half hour I had before the property manager arrived. Later she offered to have someone come out and reclean - I drove almost 4 hours one way to do a walk through at a specific time assuming the job was done correctly the first time after spending over $1000. There wasn’t time for them to do what should have been done the first time. They sent 3 cleaners for almost 7 hours - that’s 21 working hours - how they left dog hair and dust in corners and stuff stuck to the floor and dusty baseboards is beyond me. I’ll attach screenshots of the excuses they gave me as well as photos. They might be able to handle just a regular spring cleaning or whatever but go with someone else for a moveout clean.Posted on Leah MeijerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Happy Helpers team was on time, friendly, thorough, and left my house way cleaner than I could have ever achieved on my own- in just under 2hrs!Posted on David SmithTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired Happy Helpers to do a deep clean on my mother’s home. From the first call to the completion of the cleaning the overall experience was very good. I appreciated how the process, timing and costs was explained and the communication that was done at every step. Thank you for the great job!
